Do you sponsor visas?

Yes for engineering & design roles. Some federal-customer-facing roles require U.S. citizenship.

How remote-friendly are you?

Fully-remote for ~40% of roles. Hybrid (D.C. or Austin) for the rest. We pay for travel to team summits.

How big is the team?

~60 people at writing. Growing to ~120 in the next year.

Do you require background checks?

Yes for all roles. Public Trust by default; some roles require Secret/TS.
